Welcome to SpotAware! By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. SpotAware, developed by Ayaz Bashir, is an ad-supported service providing real-time location insights. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Users must be at least 13 years old and create an account through Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook. The app allows reporting real-time updates on ATMs, restaurants, offices, and other locations. Users can add pins within a 1-mile radius of their location (active for 5 hours) and subscribe to specific locations for real-time notifications.

Prohibited actions include: providing false location updates, system manipulation, reverse-engineering the app, or illegal activities. Accounts receiving five flags for fake reports may be suspended. Suspended users can appeal via info@spotaware.app. Businesses may create custom pins following local laws, subject to SpotAware's approval.

SpotAware collects user data for service improvements as outlined in the Privacy Policy. The app requires internet connection and uses third-party services (Google Play Services, AdMob, Firebase, Expo). Users bear data charges. Functionality isn't guaranteed on jailbroken/rooted devices.

Updates are mandatory for continued use. SpotAware may modify/discontinue services without notice. The service isn't liable for losses from outdated/incorrect data. Users are responsible for decisions based on app information.
